After studying International Business Administration at the University of Vienna, Gottfried Neumeister worked as a consultant at Siemens AG Austria. In 2003 he joined DO & CO, where he led the successful development of the aviation business until its sale to Air Berlin. In 2012 he moved to DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft, holding various Management Board positions, most recently as Co-CEO (2021–2023). He has been a member of the Executive Board of Bajaj Mobility AG and KTM AG since September 1, 2024 and CEO since January 23, 2025.

Earlier roles include Deloitte Tax Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH, Kraft Foods and Unilever. Since September 2025 she has served as Chief Financial Officer of Bajaj Mobility AG and KTM AG.

Srinivasan Ravikumar holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a licensed Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor. He began his career at Bajaj Auto Ltd. in 1984 in Corporate Finance, took over as head of Business Development in 1994, and today serves as Chief Business Development Officer responsible for Business Development & Assurance. He also sits on the Corporate Management, Investment and Foreign Exchange Management Committees of Bajaj Auto Ltd., covering corporate strategy, business development, foreign collaborations and IP management. He has been a member of the company’s Supervisory Board since 2022.

Dinesh Thapar joined Bajaj Auto in March 2022 after three years as Group CFO at Reliance Retail. Before that he spent two decades at Hindustan Unilever (HUL) in corporate and business finance and supply-chain leadership roles, latterly leading the India Business Finance team and serving on the HUL Group Executive Committee. He has also been CFO and Head of Supply Chain for the Kimberly-Clark Lever JV and worked for Unilever in the United States. He has been a member of the supervisory board of Bajaj Mobility AG since June 2025.

After studying law in Vienna and earning an associate degree at Georgetown University Law Center, Wulf Gordian Hauser has practised law since 1983. He founded Hauser Partners Rechtsanwälte GmbH in Vienna and has been its senior partner and head since 1987. Since 2012 he has been a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and has also served on the Austrian Takeover Commission. He has been a member of the company’s Supervisory Board since November 2025.

After a degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) from IIT Delhi, Pradeep Shrivastava earned a PGDM from IIM Bangalore in 1986 and joined Bajaj Auto that same year. Following several roles in the manufacturing organisation, he became President – Engineering in 2010 and Chief Operating Officer in 2016, and was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director in 2016. He has been a member of the supervisory board of Bajaj Mobility AG since November 2025.
